2-Ingredient Bagels (Air Fryer) – Self-rising Flour – Yogurt Of Choice Optional – Salt – Melted Butter – Everything Bagel Seasoning
Combine all the 2-ingredient bagel ingredients in a large mixing bowl: all-purpose self-raising flour and Greek yogurt (plant-based or regular). You can optionally include salt.
Stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon or a silicone spatula until the 2-ingredient dough is sticky. You can also use a stand mixer with a dough hook to make it easier.
Split the dough into 6 equal balls and roll each of the 2-ingredient bagel dough balls with your hands to form small elongated cylinders.
Make a loop with the 2-ingredient bagel dough cylinders to form bagels and press the junction to seal them and bind the dough.
To give your 2-ingredient air fryer bagel the same styling as classic bagels, you can brush some melted butter or vegan butter on their top.
Place the 2-ingredient bagels in your slightly oiled air fryer basket and bake them at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes until they are golden brown.
Let the bagels cool down for 10 minutes on a wire rack before serving them with butter, strawberry jam, or cream cheese.
