2-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse – Heavy Cream – Dark Chocolate Chips
Combine the Dark Chocolate Chips and 1/3 cup of Heavy Cream in a small ball before melting them in the microwave for 45 seconds.
Stir the melted dark chocolate chips with a wooden spoon to fully combine the chocolate with the heavy cream into a smooth texture.
Pour the remaining heavy cream into the bowl of a stand mixer and beat on the high-speed setting with the whisk attachment until a stiff peak forms.
Pour the melted dark chocolate chips onto the beaten heavy cream gradually while incorporating it with a silicone spatula until all has been poured.
When all the melted chocolate has been incorporated into the 2-ingredient chocolate mousse, pour it into small cups or jars and refrigerate overnight.
Decorate the 2-ingredient chocolate mousse with your favorite fresh fruits, some additional chocolate chips, or some extra whipped cream.
