3-Ingredient Flatbread – All-purpose Flour – Yogurt Of Choice – Baking Powder
Combine the flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl or in the bowl of a stand mixer and then pour the Greek yogurt of choice (or high-fat plant-based milk)
Work the dough until it's not sticky anymore without over-kneading it before letting it rest in the bowl for 30 minutes and slicing it into 6 dough balls that are then flattened with a rolling pin.
Heat a non-stick pancake griddle over high heat and put one of the flattened 3-ingredient flatbreads in it and cook it covered with a lid over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until it's crusty under.
Flip the 3-Ingredient Flatbread with a flat spatula and cook it without the lid for another minute before placing it on a naked flame for a perfect naan bread-like crisp.
Place your cooked 3-ingredient flatbreads on a cooling rack and use them as a side to any Indian Curry or Thai Curry, or as a base for a flatbread pizza.
