3-Ingredient Scones – Self-Rising Flour – Sparkling Water – Milk of Choice
Combine the three ingredients for the 3-Ingredient Scones batter in a large mixing bowl (Self-Rising Flour, Sparkling Water, Soy Milk) and combine them with a silicone spatula.
Knead the 3-Ingredient Scone dough in the bowl with the spatula at first, then transfer it to a benchtop covered with flour and work it until it's soft and less sticky.
Press the dough into a 1-inch thick disc and use a sharp knife to cut it into 6 similarly sized wedges that are then transferred onto a baking sheet lined with lightly oiled parchment paper.
Bake the 3-Ingredient Scones for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) before letting them cool down on a wire rack and eating them still hot.
