Apricot Balls – Dried Apricot – Maple Syrup – Lemon Juice – Vanilla Extract – Almond Flour – Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
Combine the Dried Apricots, Maple Syrup, Lemon Juice, and Vanilla Extract in the bowl of a high-speed for processor.
Process the Apricot Bliss Ball mixture on the high-speed setting of your food processor until the ingredients form a thick paste.
Add the Almond Flour and Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut into the Apricot Ball paste and process again for about 30 seconds.
Form a large, sticky apricot bliss ball batter ball and adjust the stickiness with either more almond flour or some cold water.
When the texture is smooth and perfect, roll 10 small apricot balls between the palms of your hands.
Roll each of the Apricot Balls into a bowl full of unsweetened desiccated coconut before storing them in the fridge to set.
