Baby Cookies – 2 large Bananas – 1 ¾ cup Quick Oats – 1-2 tablespoons Berries or Carrots
In a large mixing bowl, mash the banana into a smooth puree and stir in quick oats. Combine with a silicone spatula.
Divide batter evenly into 3 bowls and add 1-2 tablespoons of berries or grated vegetables. Stir to incorporate into the batter.
Use a small cookie dough scoop to scoop out the batter onto the baking tray, leaving half a thumb between each cookie.
Bake for 8-12 minutes at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown on the sides. Let them cool down for a few minutes.
