Blueberry Puree – 3 cups Fresh Blueberries – 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup – 3 tablespoons Water – 1-2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
Wash the fresh blueberries and place them in the bowl of a high-speed blender.

Add the lemon juice, water, and maple syrup to the blender. Blend for about 30 seconds.

Adjust the sweetness with maple syrup and sourness with lemon juice. Transfer when balanced.

Keep the Blueberry Puree jar in the fridge for one hour to let all the flavors blend.
