CIabatta French Toasts

INGREDIENTS

CIabatta French Toasts – 6 slices Ciabatta Bread – 2 large Eggs – 1/4 cup Milk – 1 teaspoon Sugar – 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla

Cut your Ciabatta bread or Ciabatta Buns into slices between 3/4-inch and 1-inch thick.

Place all the Ciabatta bread slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes

Prepare the egg batter by mixing an egg, cinnamon, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk the French Toast mixture with a whisk or fork.

Let the ciabatta slices cool down on a cooling rack for optimal coating of the French Toast egg mixture.

Dip each side of the Ciabatta Slices into the French Toast egg mixture and let the excess drip back into the bowl. Place them on a plate.

Cook the Ciabatta French Toasts in a frying pan with hot coconut oil or butter for 2-3 minutes on the first side and 1 minute on the other side.
