Cotton Candy Mocktail – Cotton Candy – Sparkling Water – Strawberry Puree – Cranberry Juice – Lime Juice – Strawberry
Prepare two shallow bowls with water in the first one and with colored sugar in the other one. Dip the rim of each of your martini glasses in the first one.
Immediately dip the wet rim of the martini glass into the colored sugar to decorate. Freeze the glasses for 5 minutes to set.
Remove the glasses from the freezer and place a ball of about 1/2 a cup of cotton candy in them.
In a shaker, add 1 cup of ice, strawberry juice, sparkling water, lime juice, and cranberry juice. Shake for 10 seconds to combine.
Pour the mocktail on top of the cotton candy and see it disappear as it melts into the drink for a delicious sweet Christmas mocktail.
