Combine your Egg Whites, Milk, Yogurt, Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla Extract in a small mixing bowl and whisk the mixture until combined.
Dip both sides of your wholemeal bread into the Egg-White French Toasts mixture before letting them drip over the bowl to remove the excess.
