French Pancakes (Crepes)

INGREDIENTS

French Pancakes Batter – 3 large Eggs – 2 cups Milk of Choice – 2 tsp Vanilla Extract – 2 tbsp Melted Butter – 1 3/4 cup All-purpose Flour – 2 tsp Sugar

Combine the Wet French Pancake ingredients in a bowl.

Gradually whisk the flour and sugar into the wet French Crepe batter.

Pour 1/3 Cup of French Pancake Batter on a crepe pan on medium-high heat.

Tilt to let the pancake batter cover the entire pan.

After 2-3 minutes, flip the French Pancake by sliding a spatula under it.

Cook for another minute on the other side and stack the French pancakes on a plate.
