Egg White Oatmeal – ¼ cup Old-fashioned Oats – ¼ cup Quick Oats – 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder – ½ cup Almond Milk – ⅓ cup Egg Whites – ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon – 2 tsp Maple Syrup – ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
Add the almond milk and maple syrup to a small non-stick saucepan and boil the mixture before reducing to low heat for a few minutes.
Stir in the old-fashioned oats, quick oats, protein powder, and cinnamon, and keep cooking for one minute before adding the egg whites.
Stir the Egg White Oatmeal constantly until the egg whites have set and the texture is creamy and fluffy before transferring it to a bowl.
Serve the Egg White Oatmeal with a dollop of peanut or almond butter, fresh strawberries and blueberries, banana slices, and coconut yogurt.
