Combine all the ingredients but the chocolate chips in the jug of a blender: oats, yeast, flax, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, peanut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Pour the almond milk into the batter and blend for about 25 to 30 seconds on the high-speed setting until the batter is smooth.
Add the chocolate chips to the batter and incorporate them with a silicone spatula.
Line a square brownie pan with lightly oiled parchment paper and pour the lactation brownie batter before spreading it with a spatula.
Add more chocolate chips to the batter and bake the lactation brownies for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C) before letting it cool down on a wire rack.
