Mango Puree Ready In 2 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

Mango Puree – 3 large Ripe Mangoes – 1 teaspoon Lime Juice – 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Choose ripe mangoes with a soft flesh. Peel their skin with a peeler.

Dice the peeled mangoes into 1-inch cubes. Discard the stone.

Blend the diced mango in a food processor at high speed until creamy and smooth.

Serve the mango puree immediately or store it in ice cube trays in the freezer.
