Instructions
In a non-stick skillet, add the ground beef and cook, breaking the meat with a wooden spoon to ensure it's cooking on all sides. Brown the ground beef until the meat is not pink.
Stir in ketchup, mustard, and any optional seasoning.
Stir, and cook for 1-2 minutes until warm and fragrant. If too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and cook until the sauce is sticky and shiny.
Taste the sauce and adjust it by adding any of the optional flavors listed.
Serve into slightly toasted hamburger buns.
