Instructions

  • Peel the mangoes, and chop them into cubes. Follow my step-by-step pictures above, showing how to cut a mango into cubes safely.
  • Place the mango cubes, lime juice, and vanilla extract into the bowl of a food processor or high-speed blender.
  • Process at high speed until a creamy smooth puree forms. You may have to stop the food processor every 30 seconds, scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat until all the mango chunks turned into a puree.
  • For a thinner, more liquid texture, add water into the food processor.

Storage

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container or freeze for 3 months in ice cubes trays.
  • Use the frozen cubes in smoothies or thaw at room temperature few hours to serve as a dessert.
