Healthy Vanilla Cupcakes – 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter – 1/2 cup Milk Full-fat – 2 large Eggs – 1/2 cup Unrefined Cane Sugar – 1 cup All-purpose Flour – 1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder – 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Beat the Eggs and Sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer until fluffy.

Pour the flour, melted butter,  and milk into the egg mixture. Stir with a spatula.

Pour the Vanilla Cupcakes batter into a 12-hole pan line with cupcake cases.

Bake the Healthy Vanilla Cupcakes for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Prepare the Vanilla frosting with cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar.

Decorate the Vanilla Cupcakes with some frosting and sprinkles.
